We create truly unique ciders. Apples are hand picked from biodiverse orchards then pressed, fermented, aged, blended and bottled on-site. Taste the Annapolis Valley in a bottle.

Boars Back
Our family settled on this gorgeous mountain in 1974. Since then we’ve worked the land, building by hand. Our home and workplaces are sawn directly from the trees surrounding us.
