Each year, Wild produces a series of dry ciders with fascinating, complex flavour profiles that offer a true taste of our valley.

Bright flavours of young cider with juicy acidity make this a real thirst quencher with a little wild streak from Windermere, Annapolis Valley.

A delightful aperitif made from barrel-aged cider brandy, fresh apple juice, and cider. Notes of caramel apple, butterscotch, and vanilla. Best enjoyed with strong cheese, melon, or charcuterie.

A rich, dry, full-bodied cider displaying layers of both young and aged notes. This blend of multiple vintages achieves a balanced, complex house style.

Tiny Bubs is a dry, naturally sparkling cider.
Deliciously creamy texture, bright fruit acid with fresh sliced apple and blossom aromas to the nose and taste buds.
Ways to enjoy it: Serve well chilled as a pre-meal beverage or try it with lightly seasoned white ocean fish, steamed mussels, shrimp, roast chicken or greens dressed with a non-vinegar dressing.
This cider is also made to be consumed on its own, with friends anytime, anywhere.
To make Tiny Bubs, we created a blend from lightly aromatic apple ciders which were then bottle fermented and aged on lees for 24 months. It was then riddled, disgorged, and finished with cork and wire cage.
Available in single 750mL bottles. 8.0% alc/vol
A full-strength, rugged cider partly aged in Bourbon barrels. Elevated alcohol and spice notes make this cider stand out from the crowd.
Available in 500mL bottles and 473mL cans.
Organically grown 8 apple blend of heritage apples sourced and pressed at an orchard in the western Annapolis Valley. Fermented with champagne yeast, zero sulphur added, no filtration. Deep tawny in colour with thick cellared apple notes, and a bright complex finish. 6.9%
Available in single 750mL bottles. Serve chilled over ice. 6.9% alc/vol

Boars Back
Our family settled on this gorgeous mountain in 1974. Since then we’ve worked the land, building by hand. Our home and workplaces are sawn directly from the trees surrounding us.
